This large porcelain vase was handmade on the potters wheel.
The whole vase is painted black when it's still wet. Then the unique design is hand carved into the surface, revealing the bright white clay-body underneath. The piece is then fired, glazed with clear glaze, and fired again. Signed and Dated on Bottom
